Do we see many more players coming in next year? Personally I don't. Maybe one more dependent on mini and manu staying or leaving

With the kid from london, kelly on an increased contract and potentially westerman staying on an increased salary we will presumably have to free up some cap space. I think we'll re-sing the bin man but at least 1 of manu and mini will leave (possibly both). I'd like us to keep manu but think he may go back to the NRL where he would surely get a half decent contract but for me i'd release mini and try and get a younger impact back rower from overseas.

It looks like washbrook is maybe now on the outers so I wouldn't be surprised if he was released but it doesn't free up much cap space

Other than that there are only a couple of the younger players OOC so won't make much difference to cap space.

Can see Tuli and Manu getting one more year.
Mini maybe on a reduced contract. Think it will be one year too many though.
Turgut id still give another year. Got something about him, but not pushed on for some reason.
I'd cut some of the fringe players like Washy and Downs, even though we've got good service off them. Can't see Abdul staying either, as he doesn't suit our style of play.
Can see at least one more new face coming in.

In an ideal world we'd have Kelly as a marquee player from a cap perspective. Our challenge is to replace Watts somehow. Taylor is a standout prop IMO but needs someone to help him out.

I think we need another forward, two if Manu leaves. That's provided Westy stay.

Talanoa will deservedly get another year.

I'd give Manu a 2 year deal, as good as he has been for us, I'm not sure he would get an NRL deal.

Time to release Washy and Mini.

Question marks over Logan, Abdul and Turgut.

See how Turgut goes after his loan spell. Time for Mini to go as he's had a few injuries and was clearly absolutely fooked yesterday, Westy to fill the 12 shirt?

Can see Abdul and Logan ending up with someone like Rovers. And Downs will probably get something in the championship.

Hopefully we can keep Manu and Talanoa. I’d look to release Mini, think age is catching up with him now unfortunately.

If we can I’d like us to sign another second rower and prop to help Taylor out, as well as keep westy. Maybe I’m too optimistic about our salary cap situation....

Don’t forget our new prop Bienek?! I think he’ll play from day one imo off the bench.
And a couple of people commenting Josh Jones is definitely signing with us.
I’d also look at getting another winger for back up. Not a fan of Jack Logan and for a start he’s more a centre than a winger. See if there’s someone from the Championship worth looking at to cover injuries. Would also look for an impact back rower too (that’s if Jones doesn’t sign with us).

cuthbertson? No thanks. Shadow of the player he was a couple of years ago and I don't think we'll sign a prop given we have taylor, paea, green, bowden, bienek, masi and fash. More likely a 2nd rower plus westerman to replace mini/manu/watts

Second row a priority for me.
Also like to see another outside back with some real pace.
May be time to release some of the younger fringe players like Downs.
Logan may get another season as we are short on backs.
Dont see a future at Hull Fc for Abdull or Turgut.

Spot on Dave, I'd give Manu 2 years, Talanoa another and agree on the others I think Washy and Mini shouldn't get another deal, I'd release Logan, Abdull and Downs, Turgut needs a season away like Hadley still undecided on him
