Probably not. What he did do though is save the club from liquidation in 2010 we've had 8 years of not going bust, he has perhaps stagnated as a director over the last few years. We were particularly unlucky being relegated as the 5th team in the same year Batley had their points deduction returned. I'm guessing a lot of eggs were in one basket that year.
We will have to see what state the club is in on 26th May, but the way I see it it can't be any worse than how the club was in 2010 when he took on the club when I'm pretty sure no-one else would.

Anybody who's thinking about it will certainly need to be brave and have deep pockets but if, after due diligence, Gary Fawcett can't find a new director to appoint, what happens to the club when Gary resigns as a director on 26 May (but remains as the owner?)
