Was a big player for us last season when he played but unfortunately hes proving to be a crock. I was warned by a friend in Australia before he came who said hes very hit and miss and he seemed to think the wing was his best position. As someone previously said on here, if he had started the season last year would people still have the same high opinion of him? I'm not so sure as he was really poor before he got injured this year in the winter conditions.
Mamo is good at getting on the end of kicks but his handling skills are dire - he struggles to make passes and is very uncomfortable in doing so. Ive said before he may go well on the left wing? He also comes into the line fairly well but then does that horrible play where he bolts for the corner then just stops dead in his tracks - really winds me up.
Its one of them where if he stays, fair enough, if he goes then I wouldn't lose sleep.
