Congratulations to Tom Johnstone and Reece Lyne on being selected for England mid season training squads.
Much deserved on both counts and its great to have some recognition for a couple of our players.
Surprised that we havent got one or two more in there

Fantastic news for Tom and Reece, surprised Matty Ashurst isn't in the squad.
Continue to support the new stadium at Newmarket Lane.
You know it makes sense.
Wakefields roller coaster ride continues.

Well done to both, thoroughly deserved for the last couple of seasons for Reece in the way he has improved his game and for Tom, the way he has jumped out of the blocks straight from his injury.

Brilliant for the lads, wish I could’ve seen Toms Mums’s face when she found out.

What a turnaround in last couple years , from losing our best players to two current players in squad . Congratulations and well deserved .

Re ashurst if he’s not in top 4 back row forwards that’s England qualified I don’t know who is !

Let’s show old man Farrell , union reject Tompkins , the ghost of xmas past loughlin what the future of the back row is Sunday !!

Great news. Congratulations to both.
Even now with our success they'd have to be exceptional to be in while playing for Wakefield.

As for Ashurst.
Ward, Bateman, Currie and McMeekan are in front of him for England
Hadley and Jack Hughes in front for Knights.
