I hope our Dynamic Coaching duo watched the game last night between HKR and Leeds, HKR lost but they played with a passion and an adventurous style of play that was as different to our display on Sunday as Chalk is to Cheese, re-phrase, not just last Sunday but since Jukes was given the head spot and more so since KC has joined him. Are the players at HKR that much better than the lads at Leigh? I think we would have a resounding collective NO to that question, would we see a vastly different game from those players if we had someone in charge who actually knew what they were doing as coaches YES.
HKR are expected to be in the bottom 4 if not the bottom 2, if they are and proove to be one of the worst performers in SL then I would say we will have very little chance of promotion under the present coaching team.
History tells us that coaches have an individual style, we all know what our's is, it is simply not good enough.With the players we have Mikey Mouse could get them to a top 4 finish, but come the 8's it will be as the title of the other thread says "Same old same old"
Get rid Mr Beaumont before its to late, please, in fact I hope we lose against Batley it could do us more good in the long run, surely the noise would be so great Mr B would have to listen and react.

In fairness Harry, Wire have brought in an experienced coach (Price) along with Hendo,but their performance was also dismal last night.

A case of who you bring in? Not who you let go!

I wouldn't go so far as to say "I hope Batley beat us".
Jukesy is doing exactly what he stated at the Q & A evening, everyone heard it (its on LCTV)
He is not doing anything he didn't already say he was going to do and Derek was there.
If you watch the game back, we did well until Paterson got that try, that's when the wheels fell off.
We lacked leadership on the field (how many times did you see Mickey encouraging the players under the sticks) none on Sunday, our captain and vice captain were staring into space.
Even Brierley was having a go at the Toronto players and he isn't their captain.
We need another Mickey Higham out on the park and as yet I don't see one.

I thought Jukes was a little aggressive at the players Q&A night when a supporter asked him a genuine question about the style of rugby we will play.

Supporter: " Are we going to play the same boring one man drive Rugby League?

Jukes: (Uncomfortable) " So you want us to play that same style of Rugby League that the previous coach had us playing that saw us finish bottom? That got us no where"

Supporter: (Quick as a flash) "No I want us to play with a similar style to Castleford who prove it can be done and finish top of Super League and appear at Old Trafford"

Jukes: ( Visibly ruffled, tone increased, in front of the players, pointing) "Well if YOU give me Zak Hardaker and Luke Gale , I will play like that"

Jukes seems to forget he got us relegated from Super League, despite a massive financial outlay, playing his one man drive Rugby League.

I would never want my beloved Leigh Rugby Football club to lose a match but I have increasingly come to the conclusion (as Harry - Great Name ) that Neil Jukes is the wrong man. He really is.

Derek however will not fire him as 1) It will prove to Paul Rowley , that he was/ well is a far more talented coach than Jukes and 2) that Derek himself made a monumental mistake in appointing Jukes after Rowley.

Well I don't want to see Batley win that's for sure! The problem is Batley have habit of coming to the LSV and winning! Anyone I have spoken to this week on our lack of performance against the Exiles has instantly stated that Ben Reynolds is not up to the job at halfback! Is this unfair? no is the answer because the lad is not and the 'Coaching' staff are scaring me if, they don't see this too!!
This weekend we will see Dominic Brambani lead us a merry dance with his intelligent play and sublime kicking game, just has he has done in the past! The next match at the LSV we see Jonathon Ford for Toulouse doing exactly the same and, the week after that Fev arrive and we will see one the best halfback to ever have played the Championship, Martyn Ridyard, what's he likely to do
Its easy Coaches, Hutchinson and Mortimer to halfback and leave 'Stand by your Man' to Dolly Parton!!
We cant sort the right edge fully until Evans is fit, unfortunately!
Lets not talk about wanting to see our team loose, on Sunday, they managed that on their own

I seem to remember Ben Reynolds being one of the best players last season. Short memories some people. Oh are we saying Ben is the reason we got relegated. I think you should be looking at some of the lazy and crazy performances by some of the players that have left to answer that.
