Agreed, for me if currie had played more games last season I think he would have played over Bateman. I'm not going to moan about the Bateman selection as frustrating as it was going forward because he did a job for us in an unfamiliar position.
We don't produce enough backs to be competitive going forward, decision making in the key positions cost us most but it's not a quick fix. We need some quality centres and halfbacks in superleague, wingers and fullback options are OK Hooker are OK as well but again decision making is miles behind the aussies game.
