Yep. The bloke clearly doesn’t have a clue. Total coincidence we are in our first final for 22 years.

Didn't have to face a very good NZ team like his predecessors in the SF was a massive help though.

By the same token let’s not pretend this England team are not better than previous England teams in World Cup rugby.

To be honest I also think you do the Tongans a bit of a disservice.

This whole “let’s play down the English players and coaches achievements in the comp” is becoming more than a little annoying.

The players and coaches deserve massive credit for their progress in the comp so far.

If its a lengthy layoff, I hope IL sends the RFL the details of where to pay SOL's salary until he regains fitness. I don't see why we should be paying the wage of a player injured on international duty.

I would add Williams to that list, he wasn't in any sort of form and it has shown that Bennett either can see that or cant find a place for him in the side.

Bennett has elected for versatility. Heightington can and has played anywhere from prop, SR and 13 in the NRL.

Betts explained Lomax can cover 1, 6/7, centre and 9. Between the two all positions can be covered.
