I was watching BBC World News, when to my surprise and delight .... In the World Sport segment, just after the news of rugby union internationals, the BBC reported on the RLWC, telling viewers that Tonga had scored an upset victory over New Zealand, with David Fusitua getting a hat-trick. Beautiful photos of Fusitua scoring and the joyful Tongan players celebrating, accompanied the commentary. The BBC also reported that England may play Tonga in the semi-finals. They noted that England plays France on Sunday. This is unprecedented coverage!!

Congratulations BBC and rugby league fans worldwide.
