We can also look at the leagues in Aus.
Nobody really knew about Sirronen but look how he turned out.
What a pity Rohan left on a sour note as he would now be an ideal adviser of potential players from the lower Ausie league. There will be many like him if we could find them.
Didn't Chalmers go home for a visit not long ago? Maybe him and Lowe have already got a few lined up.

There are quite a large amount of players from the NRL feeder clubs and lower levels in Aus that are playing for the "lesser" countries. I'm sure that's exactly the level that Chalmers will be looking at. Likes of PNG, Lebanon & Fiji are full of them.

Wouldn't qualifying for visa's be an issue for a lot of players playing lower levels in OZ, unless they have European heritage and can come in as kolpaks?.

Not if you’re an International who has represented your country.

Exactly. It's been suggested they only have to play 2 games in this world cup to qualify for a Visa on those grounds.

I think it's 3 games, to be honest. I'm pretty sure it was mentioned, or was on one of the graphics last night.
