I have to be honest thought this was already done and dusted.Anyway Huddersfield confirm Colton Roche on a 2 year deal.

Not sure why they signed him tbh. Solid at championship level but SL?

Good luck to him. He wasn't here long but he was fairly consistent and is a hard runner.
As for SL standard, only time will tell. I don't think he's any worse than someone like Paul Clough, so I'd say the Giants can probably expect the same level of impact.

Paul Clough was a proven SL player. Roche was o.k. for us as a championship player, no more than that i.m.o. whether he develops remains to be seen.

Shows Huddersfield’s aspirations as a bottom 4 SL club. Good luck to Colton. Was one of better players last season.

They sure seem to rate our players over at the Giants!!

I agree though, he has never really stood out as a player who should definitely be playing SL. Strong runner who put himself about without ever being spectacular. Definitely better than L1 though so fully understand him wanting a move.

If the Giants continue to sign championship players they will soon find themselves there.
Remember when Potter signed a few championship players the comments we got about low expectations. I wonder how the Giants fans feel about signing so many lower league players or is it simply that there aren't many better quality players about now.

How will clubs go on when the two new USA clubs join the competition. It was stated this week that 2019 and 2020 is the time frame for them both to enter. That is about another 50+ current players taken out of the tiny pool of players this competition has to choose from.

as for next season i see us being in the top 6 at least , with luck on injuries for a change!

roche will be a project signing, see if he can make the jump upto sl now

Anything other than top 6 in the Qualifiers should regarded as a failure, that's certainly true.
