According to Total Rugby League, Huddersfield looking to offload, and currently on loan at Hull KR, scoring points for fun at the moment.

Several super league clubs interested, spent most of his career in super league, so definately has the calibre.

Position we could well be looking to fill and British.

Any thoughts

No no no no no. Don't do it. He's at his level and you have better already ! If he was your starting half next year you'll regress.

This. If we want to progress and be a consistant Top 6 side, he's not the quality of player we need, especially in such an important position.

He is playing in the championship for a reason. Leave him there.

Yes but he's at Rovers and the OP generally thinks we should everyone who plays for them.

I don't get the negativity, what players don't mature?

Same stuff was said about Finn and Wood.

For me if CC thinks he can do a job for us he's alright by me. My only concern would be why wouldn't HKR snap him up if promoted?

I don't think we've even been linked to him by anyone other than the OP.
