Because in real time it wasn't that late and he used his arms in the tackle.

if the the ball hits the touchline before it hits the corner flag surely that's a scrum to Cas and not a tap on the 20m?

Apart from in real time it still looked late.

Hitting the flag should be play on too no? If it's in play for a try it should be from a kick?
