Cmon guys be fair, if the trainer wasn't on Wakefield would've won 63-0.

If you don't bother to go to the game when you live in the locality then you are not really a fan and therefore your views are invalid. It's simple.
So you need 14 on the field at all times to get a result that agrees with your narrow minded Ness i.e.wigan glasses on at all times regardless
I used to go out with Narrow Minded Ness when I lived in Llanelli...she wasn't much fun

Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions

Re: Wigan injury's??? : Mon Apr 17, 2017 7:21 pm
Note the difference when players were injured.

2 Wakefield players went down, not a sound from the Wigan fans and respectful applause when one went off.

Every injury to a Wigan player was greeted with cheers, booing and shouts to get him off. Classless.

I don't really understand the issue with the trainer being on. Ok he may be relaying messages but what is to stop the other team doing it if the ref is letting it go?

Rather than have a go at the team doing it, isn't it a failure of the coaching team not doing it (which Wakefield were doing too but probably not quite as much as us).

It is part of the game.

As others have identified the jeers by some fans to Wigan injuries and the reaction given by the away fans was very noticeable.

I personally found it very amusing when Gelling & Fafita went down injured and both sets of trainers came on. Initially the fans were appaplectic about 4 trainers coming on to sort Gelling, it was 2, the other 2 were with Fafita, then they were calling the Wigan pair to get off despite the Trinity pair still sorting Fafita.

To be honest, the Wakey crowd gave one of the worst displays of bad sportsmanship I've seen since ... oh, probably the last time we were at Wakey.

But it isn't going to be a problem for much longer.

The glory days of Wakey's past are long gone. Chris Chester - top bloke, but I'm not sure their supporters will be missed.
