Exactly! He can't have lost the dressing room, not one single player wanted him to resign.
So back to the original problem. it's when they get on the field that everything is going wrong. They are still the same players that were excellent at the start of the season, there's got to be a lot of soul searching going on at present.

Yes he has and the players would not decide straight after the game.

Do you honestly believe, that in a team sport, any player is going to say they want the manager to resign? Particularly when the new manager is sitting alongside the encumbent!

If they did they would be shown the door at the first opportunity, marked as a trouble maker.

Remember the dressing room was strong last year then when a few players left we were told there was disruptive influences who had gone - Maybe they were the ones who were right after all????

Just a thought.

It is somewhat unfair asking players to speak out like that, furthermore Nathan is I believe a nice bloke. There is a big difference between liking someone and believing in their tactics.

Players doubting a coach is one thing, being seen to put the boot in is quite another, especially so if the coach is "one of the lads". Any decision to change should be taken in the boardroom not the dressing room.

I remain convinced that Nathan Brown is a good "coach" but a poor "leader".

I actually feel sorry for Nathan Brown. He offered to resign after the game and told the players to have a good think about what had just happened. He actually said if any player wanted him to resign he would go immediately. So what the heck is going on when they get out on the field?

we will see if we get a response on sunday then.....

Nathan wasn't sat at the side of them. The players were told to get on the coach alone and talk amongst themselves and make a decision, and then let him know the outcome. There was no pressure on any player.

Do you think you've maybe had one eye on next week and suffered because of it?
