Every player in our squad could probably earn more money with another club. But they prefer to sacrifice a few extra quid in their back pocket to share special memories. And playing at a place like Old Trafford on a night like this makes it all worthwhile.

You may have just persuaded Mclaren Field about the merits.

Otherwise, your valuable contribution about events a century ago has really helped take the discussion forward. No, really.

I'd reply in my usual fashion but don't want hurt Juan's sensetivities.

What the hell, you're a fekkwitt.

Surely no one would be so bold as to challenge the man who described Tomkins Junior as a one trick pony, and completed a marathon 2 hour session of touch rugby only last evening?

The more cynical amongst us might hazard a guess, that an hour of that was spent on his backside attempting to put his socks on, but I certainly wouldn't.

And I am reminded of the time some clampers erroneously tried to clamp his car. Did they live to regret their actions? Oh yes. The G man glared at them from his office on the second floor!......The second floor I'll have you note!.....not the third or wimpy fourth.

The second! Home of Bad Boys Inc. :D

Kind of you to think of my 'sensitivities' G1 but you don't expect an old dog like me to have problems with the yapping and snapping of a small pup do you?

Anywhay shouldn't you be counting up all those real Olympic jobs you boasted of?

Not sure we can blame the Irish, it looks like JOHNNY FOREIGNER has had it away with with a fair proportion of the temporary jobs.

Not to worry though, I'm sure Gareth will be along any minute to cheer us up with the figures for all the permanent jobs that have been created.....

I see the argument has shifted from "the Olympics hasn't created any jobs" to "it's only created jobs for bloody foreigners"

Nice to see Southstander's usual xenophobia and racism surface once again.

Does the race or nationality of the workers working, living and spending in this country really matter that much to you?

No idea. I don't stand to attention for you. Do your own research.

I might have been inclined had you not displayed such xenophobic and racist tendencies in your views.
