Why do fans have a problem with Manu?

He's gone for probably more money, to SL's most successful side, with a coach who has a proven track record of improving players and where he also has some good friends.

He owes us nothing and has been superb for us.

I don't wish him luck with Saints but I hope he continues to play well.

Will Brown announce "I'm probably going home at the end of the season" 3 months into Saints season, like he has done for the last 3 YEARS at Hudds?

Brown has nothing to do with the amount of disrespect some fans have shown Manu.

Manu has been fantastic at Hull, he has also being a model professional whilst with us, the guy has moved on for whatever reason so what, nothing he has done warrants the behavior by some imo.

Manu wont win anything at St Helens, we talk about how good these Hull Fc Players are, Manu, Tickle, Briscoe ETC, how come we've won nothing with them, maybe we overrate them, let Gentle gets is team together and see what happens, the current players we've got aint done the job, so i dont care who leaves, if it means where more succesfull in the future, we aint got nothing to lose, we've been poop for the last!! how many years anyway, out with the old in with new, exciting times for me

You just have to feel for the Huddersfield fans who have had consecutive seasons undermined by Brown playing his "get out of Hudds free, maybe" card. He's a good coach, but he's about as loyal as an alley cat.

Most coaches are arguably the same tbh, with a club for a few years with the hope of achieving the best they can, then they move on, very few are/become what we would class as emotionally attached to the club and become totally loyal, same as a lot of players tbh, usually it is homegrown who stay at a club most of their career like Yeamo who become what we would class as loyal.
