Sorry but I'm sure at the time, the Huddersfield fans where on here saying how great it was that Huddersfield had signed another Hooker (a troubled one at that) in Moore and that he would bring more to the Huddersfield game. Well I was pretty certain at the time that Moore was not required with Lunt and Robinson in place. But at that point in time Huddersfield where flying high and Brown could do no wrong, now there are too many Hookers, from the same people who welcomed the signing and it's all Browns fault when people were praising him a month and a half ago.

He can't be great and awful for the same thing.

moore got in the super league dream team when playing for us, get him back to that form and happy days!

its a massive chance for him till the end of the season so he should take it, brown will sort him out, he sorted mason, faalogo,o'donnell and brough out afterall!!!

we havent missed lunt and think he will be on a good wage....frees some space up to sign our talented youngsters longterm...something has to give at the top end of the wages to keep the young ones

Saints Fan in Peace.

First and foremost, I don't think it was right for it to be announced that Nathan Brown had signed for Saints for next season or that even an approach was made at this point in the season. If I were in your shoes as Huddersfield supporters I would be extremely angry.

A similar thing happened last year in the NRL with Des Hasler signing for Canterbury twelve months before his Manly contract ran out. It shouldn;t be allowed as its so disruptive to teams. Brown is bound to have one eye on where he will be next year. Its no different when people start making plans to move house or go on holiday months in advance.

What has suprised me is that Saints went for him in the first place after Brown had said he was going back to Australia. I know circumstances can quickly change but he has chopped and changed his mind so many times before. Lots of Saints fans are delighted he has signed for next season but I'm not convinced one bit, mainly because I dont really trust people who do chop and change their minds so much and I don't think he will see out his three year contract with us either.

War does not determine who is right - only who is left.

Thank God I'm an atheist.

A spot on post.
I feel dreadfully sorry for what is happening to Huddersfield at the moment in the league.
I would pay his contract money off to him right now and tell him to fook off!
Also, if I were a Saints fan I wouldn't want him to be anywhere near the Saints.
He's a loser!

Hurrah, at last everyone else seems to be now agreeing with me. Have said for couple of seasons that NB is not this world class coach some seem to think.
We have been spending upto salary cap for last 2-3 seasons are full of England Knights and England players as well as other nationalities who have played for their countries, world cup winners, state of Origin. Yet he has won nothing, not a bean.
Some saying getting to 1 game away from GF and runner up in CC is great achievement. Load of Tosh, we are still polishing dust at the Giants. Season after season NB has been saying he was going cos wanted to go back home. The man is unprofessional in that respect and has caused disruption in the Giants camp season after season after season. Some may think he has done well but 2nd best isn't doing well and shouldn't be classed as acceptable.
Feel a little sorry for Saints cos don't mind them as a club and think he may cause problems there too? Time will tell

To be fair to nathan, how many other coaches have won silverware? I dont think you can judge a coach's ability on his trophy haul, nathan brown is a good coach,he has proved that in how he turned us around, how he got us playing for each other, but sadly it seems he is trying to focus on 2 jobs, yes i want him to win something before he goes,he deserves it but i think he has chosen his next step in life and should fully concentrate on that now and leave us with the respect he has rightly earned

McGuire came over to Wigan and won was it 2 or 3 trophies. Spend same as we do so why not judge Brown on what we have won. How else can you judge cos IMO last 5 weeks show we are no further along?
Can't keep defending an attitude like that I saw on Monday. 1 team wanted to win and deservedly did win and the score flattered us. Brown picks the team and to be honest has got it badly wrong over last few months

This is far too simplistic and on this Brown deserves some defence.

We have never had the academy set up or the numbers of fans which Give Wigan a huge advantage. With the franchise requirements on home grown players we will not be able to compete with the top teams until the current crop of 16, 17, 18 year old players start coming through.
