The great news today that Andrew Glover and the Spirit of 1873 Ltd have taken over ownership of the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats and secured the clubs future puts the spotlight back on the proposed future home of Wakefield.... Newmarket!
So lets have one last big push to get as many Statements of Support signed and back to one of the drop off-points before THE LAST DAY OF FEBRUARY (MONDAY 28TH).
Please complete a 'Statement of Support' and return it to us to pass on, on your behalf. The reason we are asking people to return them to us, rather than post them on direct, is simply so we can collate them and in particular count the number of 'local' replies. We also want you to freely distribute these documents and encourage anyone who supports the development to complete one and remember (as the objectors have been keen to state) everyone in your house can complete one, including Children!
Collection points for completed Statements of Support
Global Hour Pharmacy, Leeds Road, Outwood. Wildcats Belle Vue Club Shop WAKEFIELD BATHROOMS (1 QUEEN STREET, OSSETT, WF5 8AW) KEV'S Chip Shop, Lake Lock Road, Stanley (next to the Wheatsheaf pub) KEV's Chip Shop, Stanley Road, Eastmoor.
Please also see the following two threads for more information!
Andrew Glover and Spirit of 1873 Ltd are now the future of Wakefield Trinity... so lets all work to make Newmarket part of that future and bring a new stadium and world class community sport facilities to the city.

Thanks IA, and thanks to all who have handed forms into Global Hour Pharmacy Leeds Rd ( opp Victoria Pub) and to my boss for allowing it to be a drop off point. Remember to get your prescriptions and medical supplies when in there

Have we printed a load of forms out to hand out/fill in at the City Reds games in the shop or could we (the royal we) do a walk round with clip boards and get the mighty trin's army of fans to fill a shed load more out?
