Visit //www.geofflee.net for details of my novels 'One Winter', 'One Spring', 'One Summer' 'One Autumn' 'Two Seasons'. and "Three Good Years" All six feature Rugby League against a humourous Lancashire/Yorkshire background and are inspired by the old saying about work: "They could write a book about this place. It would be a best seller."

Seven good reasons to get to the ground early, : Fri Mar 07, 2014 4:55 pm
There are seven good reasons why you should get to the ground early on Sunday. That is particularly so if you like to read books about Rugby League or if you are looking for a nice present for Mothers' Day which is on March 30th.
Firstly "Hunslet Through and Through" the biography of Geoff Gunney written by Murice Bamford.
Followed by "Snuff Out The Moon", (the history of the development of floodlit rugby league with origins starting in 1878), "Rugby's Berlin Wall" (League and Union from 1895 to 1995), "Heading for the Line", (details of the grounds of all the British professional and semi professional clubs, National Conference League clubs, international venues plus the NRL) and three novels all with a strong Rugby League background.
"Rugby Football:The United Game (based on the idea what might have happened if the northern clubs had been in the majority in 1895), "Braver Than All The Rest ( a mothers' fight to give her disabled rugby league loving son a decent life) and Two Seasons (written against a background of Work, Family, Old Friends and Rugby League during the 2002 and 2003 seasons).
More details are shown on the web site of the publisher London League Publications at http://www.llpshop.co.uk. Click on Fiction for the novels,
