Surely we can't let the day go by without expressing our condolences to the great club over the hill that are the first this season to lose their manager. Personally I think that any manager that condones the style of play that Barlow and co are infamous for isnt someone that I would support but if it is as he says its because of something very personal then most of us have some simular experiences, so best wishes to him.

There seems to be lots of speculation now coming out of the ashes and yes we could do with a good half back so if Brierley is looking for a move, we could give him a new home - I'm sure Charlie knows him well so give a push over here there's a good lad.

I gather fax fans are sh**ing themselves now in case Marshall gets a call from Mr Beaumont tomorrow!
