I'm over it now, in time to tell you that Jamal Fakir and Cyril Stacul are also Elite 1 coaches at FCL.

We wish them luck

No Marc Sowell Tchangue for St Esteve.

Seems he might now be Belgian and back playing Union after a previous spell at USAP before joining us.

He has appeared (unless there are two of course!) as playing sevens for the nation of cobbled bicycle races and strong beer.
Sowell-Tchangue has always been Belgian. And yes, he has been released along with many other players from last season's team. On the plus side the Flovie twins are still around.

Some might look at this as being harsh but I think it's fair. When are the Rugby League going to stop persisting with this fantasy expansion. If it hasn't worked by now, it never will! I'm all for reaching out to a wider audience with our game but not at the expense of historical clubs in the homelands.

Bizarrely I have spoken to the great man. He is disappointed to have left the club.

There is plenty of media out there saying that the club are using St Esteve to blood younger players (than usual) and have had a bit of a clear out.

Let's try and be positive here. There is plenty for Olivier to work on defensively I feel.
