Last Gasp Win Sends Wolves Top Last weeks beaten Challenge Cup finalists were on the road to Perpignan to take on a Catalans Dragons side with only a mathematical chance of making the play-offs. With Hull FC and Wigan Warriora both slipping up earlier in the round, a win for the Wolves would see them top of Super League at the end of the round with three more games to play and would be some recompense for last weeks disappointment. We should have won this game-and the other 2 games against Warrington.Why did Garcia try to pat the short kick off back instead of catching it and why was he not in the defensive line when the try followed.?This and Pelissier's reckless stupidity at Warrington summed up our ineptitude in the second half of the season.If this continues next season we shall be in the bottom 4.We need a Greenshields type full back,centres who can pass,a new hooker to replace Pelissier who -oh joy-seems to be on his way,a replacement for Stewart,and 2 new props.
