Bernard has publically criticised Pelissier on the French site.Some of the fans agree .Others prefer a man who plays with his heart rather than ,I presume ,with his brain.
By chance I am currently reading"Crimea" by Orlando Figes ,who describes the French commader in chief General Pelissier as "a short stocky man wth a rough and ready manner" Colonel Rose,theBritish commissioner at French H.Q. says of Pelissier"he is a man of violent temper and rough manner,but I believe him to be just and sincere;and I think that in all important matters these 2 qualities will triump over his ebulliations of temper" Eloi was 25 yesterday .Will he ever learn self control? Will he ever pass a ball after he has made a break?How is it that Bosc after only a few games is already a far better number 9.?
Poor old Bernard had a sleepless night.He's not theonly one.

I have always seen Garcia as a useful and skilled forward,though he lacks the size to make the hard yards. His 2 appearances at centre showed that he has not got enough pace to fill in there.If he is fit to play I think it should initially be at second line with Casty back at prop and Horo in the centre if Gigot gets a ban.

Pelissier is what he is. A little ball of aggressive energy. He plays the game in the moment and I'm not sure you can change him without damaging his game. He's still as he was in 2011, though a better player all round.

Garcia is a very valuable player to have around - a technically skilled, hard working forward. shame he didn't make it in the NRL but will very happily have him back...

There are very few players in the game like Pelissier and he has the club running through his blood like no other. He's indispensable in my opinion.

I want our players to play with their brains .I am sick to death of the half brained idiocy of mainly French hotheads,which I thought was a thing of the past .As for replacing Pelissier we have Aiton,a far better player ,who is expected back against Wigan ,Bosc ,who is already better than Pelissier ,and Da costa who is for the longer term. Pelissier is a professional Rugby League player ,but he does not act like one.He needs to be told in no uncertain manner that he has cost us a vital match and that he has got to change.
Your first sentence is unquestionably true and that is the problem.
