What happens next season 2015 : Thu Jul 02, 2015 10:26 am  

With the players leaving and the rumours about new ones coming in, we seem to be off track with regards to this season.

I do wonder if this is almost now being treated as a write off as we have yet to show any signs of being genuine contenders (Wigan at home apart) and are out of the cup.

So what would be a realistic target now?

* Get Carney fit and playing a run of games.
* Get into the play offs.
* Not lose anyone else and get the current squad locked down to better/longer contracts.
* A combination of the above

Ensure top 8, go again next year. Anything else a bonus.

Get players signed for next year and just get into the top 8. Anybody know if Louis Anderson has got a new deal? And for christ sake get Gigot signed.

If Gigot does go to Wigan/Leeds/St Helens/Warrington because we only have him signed up until September then I will be worries.

Gigot has signed for 2 years.Baitieri has also signed up.Our main aim has got to be to make the top 8.I have been to the lasttwo matches and will be at Salford.We remain hopeless against the high ball with the notble exception of Yaha.

What a disaster.

Salford were there for the taking with their off field nonsense and poor recent form.

However we left them in the game with enough of a sniff to go and get the win.


Lo-Fres might have told the BBC that there is no way we won't be in the eight... I would love to share his confidence. We simply haven't convinced for 90% of the season.

Three matches to go, two away from home so is he assuming that beating Huddersfield at home will be enough? That's no given.

I would say we will lose at Widnes and Leeds.

I regret to say that we were again-with the exception of yaha-hopeless against the high ball and unable to take advantage of many easy chances.My ratings out of 10 are,Gigot 3,Inu 2 Garcia 5 pomeroy 4 Yaha6 Dureau 7 Robin 2 Casty8 Henderson 8 Lima 4 Anderson 7 Whitehead 7 Baitieri 6......... and Bousquet 6 Elima 3 Mounis 3 Maria 4.Sorry to seem so negative but this game was simply thrown away.

Christ Little harsh on some. Lima wasn't that bad, at least he didn't drop the ball. Henderson offered no running game, no way was he MOM. Anderson and Casty were the 2 that stood out. Inu didn't do much wrong either and it's his 2nd game of League in god knows how long.

Just scrape the 8 I reckon. Then who knows haha. All depends on Carney I think. If we get very very lucky might just get into the 4 but I highly doubt it. I reckon we will finish 6, 7 or 8 in the top 8. What do you reckon?
