Have just been reading in the Bradford newspaper that their hooker O'Brien said that he was pushed in the face rather than punched. If this is the case I am pleased that he has seen to diffuse the situation, if not a little disappointed that he went down like he had been shot.

Hopefully this will count in Walker's favour come disciplinary time and we may actually have 2 props for the Catalans game.

There fans are making a big deal of it but nothing has been mentioned of the Danny addy punch on kieron Dixon at the half time hooter, once the 2 teams returned from the 2nd half the ref pulled him out and spoke to addy before the game was kicked off.
Now I don't want the game to go soft and like the odd bit of biff but if walker gets sin binned for a push then why was addy only spoken too about a punch?

I thought both Walker and Sidlow were binned for their part in the scuffle, and that Walker was simply penalised for his push at the play of ball.

If that's the case hopefully it's too tricky for the disciplinary to work out from the video who threw punches during the scuffle or better still that no major ones were thrown or connected.

I just think Catalans is the last place you want to go without enough props and losing Walker on top of Allgood and Green's absence would really put us in trouble.

Who knows tbh. Looked like Walker got a few rights off in it all. Don't think it was anything more than handbags and the yellows were sufficient punishment. (But) having said that, Allgood only got binned early in the season when it should've been red, so we'll see.

On that note, think Allgood may have dodged a Catalans train too. Imagine he might have had a bit of traffic coming his way.

You're right though, it's far from ideal to go anywhere light in the forwards, least of all Catalans. Despite the final score this season, it has to be remembered Catalans annihilated us down the middle in the first half.

Well he's been charged with striking with hand so we'll see (grade A mind)
