Good post and i'm confident this is the route the club will follow.
As you have pointed out, Leeds are a good example of retaining players regardless of interest from other clubs in some of their players over the years.
As I've also said before, the club have to stop offloading players just to make a profit and start building a side capable of challenging for honours otherwise we will just end up going around in circles, i know we are not there yet and there's someway to go but, we are making good strides in putting together the pieces of the jigsaw, the signing of JP next year is another piece in that jigsaw.

Kelly is a reminds me of Stan when he first joined us way back in the lower divisions. Same sort of style but better.

On his way to Hull Royal to give the kids ward an Easter visit he was this afternoon.

As a dad who had a kid admitted 10 times in the first year of his life I can vouch that a visit from local professional players is a "boost" not only to poorly kids but also to mums and dads.
