Just got a chicken and bacon sanger, as I left the shop the sandwich girl mouthed "call me" and made the shape of a telephone with her hand.
Ahhhh, romance, I love it. Especially when there is a frisson (sp?) of danger. Mrs Terrorist would deep fry your testes... and then remove them. Have you even got sandwich girl's number?
Like I have said I am not a sexist at all. The only reason it got the reaction it did (In my own home no less) was that it was such a stupid thing to say that it required a stupid comment for a responce. Infact scratch that it was a idiotic statement to make. You trying to turn this into a moderation issue is pathetic even for you BTW.
It was a sexist remark no matter where you said it, you then aired it on a public forum. Although I agree that it was an idiotic statement for you to make.
Your characteristics are the polar opposite of what I feel should make a moderator - thats what I'm getting at. I've not called you a sexist either, merely stated you made a sexist remark.

You did call me sexist on the previous page. If you don't 'remember' I suggest you go and have a look. Just remember that when you think about editing it that the time of your edit is shown that plus the fact that I have already quoted you so we can all see what you originally said anyway. If you want some help here it is 'Good to know we have not only a sexist moderator'. No mention of you only commenting on my statement there.

To be a moderator you need merely to enforce an interpretation of the AUP that bears passing resemblance to common sense, be moderately moderate, fairly fair and check the site regularly. Or have done these things in the past, and not yet been removed during the infrequent but brutal mod culls. We're participants as well as refs, which is kind of difficult, but a moderator's posts shouldn't be held to different standard, IMO. We don't think we're better than you - well, not all of you at least.

Indeed rumour has it that you take part in relegious ceremonies that would make Dan Brown blush!

As usual Mr Anakin, things fly way above your head.
That last sentence was made completely on purpose. Fully isn't it, to be accused of something, only for that person to distance themself from the original accusation.
Reminds me abit of when you harassed me on pm & accused me of being a troll. I pulled you up on it, asked if you had any evidence of such trolling activities. No reply. A follow up email a few days later to remind you to reply, was also not replied to. This was despite an announcement earlier that week in a thread to contact you via pm if you've any problems, it seems you use that facility just to fire off accusations to the users of this site.

There we go again. What does this post even mean?
Just today, I have started threads on Barla/Winter Rugby & RL in Spain. Is this the work of a wind-up account? Maybe I should take crap pictures of building sites in order to be accepted?

Completely understand, but surely if a moderator's posts showed that they didn't portray the virtues you've stated in the first paragraph (common sense & fairness in particular), that their position should be reviewed?
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Oh she really would, and probably stab me in the eye with a rusty knitting needle.
I presumed she just wanted me to call her at the shop, perhaps they're having a special offer.
Good fight this.
