If that's true about Welham then he can feck off now for me. I'm sure he loves the adoration of scoring 25+ tries a season and realises that left centre is the only position where Dobson will put that many on a plate for him.

He wouldn't be in my 17 for the Cas game, but I'm not coach, but he should certainly play wherever he's asked to. However, the thought of him at full back scares the poop out of me.

In a few weeks it seems, McD has gone from zero to hero.
I'll admit he's improved, but he still offered very little from a defensive pov (imo).

Anyway moving on. I'm with RBA. McD now offers nothing for the remaining games this season.
We need to look at all options available within the club for either a full time replacement or someone who could aptly cover if/when the time comes in the future.

How bad is moltzen? Bad injury in 2010 came back and played Origin in 2011- cant be THAT bad under the high ball surely? Think he'll get a gig in the NRL though as not that long ago he was off to the Roosters then turned the contract down.

He's never played origin, do you mean city v country?

Roosters? do you mean the Dragons? He signed a 3 year deal with them last season but got out of it because Wests never agreed to release him from the last year of his deal.

Couldn't agree with you more, imo he is in no way Fullback material, i saw him play in that position for Hull Fc and was terrible each time, i've seen nothing since then that would suggest he would be any better now, a definate no no for me.

I thikits a shame not to see him extend his stay

although he hasnt set the world alight with his displays ,i can see him getting to grips with the super league in the next few weeks .

when the warmer weather /hard grounds come along i can see him getting his footwork going.

i think he will attract alot of attention when the above happens .

is owen at cas a full back??? always liked the look of him if hes OOC

Greg White the Toulouse winger is after a trial with a Super League club. Looks like he can play a bit of full back. Worth a punt. Wouldnt cost anything to trial him and has British nationality?

He'd still be non-fed trained, though.
