Why would we be hit with a sky bill for the floodlights?

We supplied them ourselves



Plus the new floodlights will be housed on the roof of the stand, so by prioritise you want them to put the roof in first?

Whoa! Its not ME who wants the f/lights prioritising so pull your neck in.

Plus, the request to have them prioritised doesn't mean they should be literally build first? When it was mentioned to me I took it to mean at the first opportunity rather than the order it has been scheduled.

As for the Sky costs incurred, I haven't a clue but it was the reason given to me which I have no reason to doubt.

Yes, that's how I'd do it, build the roof first.

Do the foundations last, second, put the windows in.
