Edited despite your efforts. You'll have to wait for him to die, before you can use him as an example - iirc, there's no law against libelling the dead. In the UK at least.

While there is a difference between innocent and not guilty (and variants thereof), a presumption of innocence is everybody's right, until proven otherwise.
