Welham jumped out of the line for fun last year and cost the side dearly in the process. That's one of the reasons his side was targeted by several teams. He's a SL back up centre at best now or a Championship player. Salter lacks a cutting edge and is also prone to some Welham madness on occasions. I would worry if either becomes a regular starter again this year, but would prefer Salter or Hallett ahead of Welham.Cockayne is most likely to be reserve fullback or wing this season. He was better than Eden at fb and a shoe in there until he got injured, which let Eden back in to the side.
Blair should be starting centre against Leeds. We will need all of his 100 NRL game experience. He's acknowledged as a good passer, kicker, defender and reader of the game and we desperately need these qualities in the centres next season.
