Yep, let's hope so. It must make it quite awkward for the club to plan properly if these things drag on and turn out unfavourably. We'll then have to go back into the market to try to find a couple of alternatives. We'll keep our fingers crossed on this one - it sounds quite interesting.

Stanton Albert and Wellington Albert from PNG.
I think.
22 and 23 year olds ... perfect.
I could be wrong.

As has been suggested, a long time in the planning, I hope they get it done.

Crickey who'd have thunked it?
Hall is a proper noun ... so that might have thrown the odd numpty ... since your name should start with a capital aitch if it refers to Carl.
But standards have slipped in recent years.

Wellington's wikipedia page does say he primarily plays wing or prop ...

Carl can't win though, Hally. If we'd been told nothing about these two lads possibly signing, he'd be accused of doing nothing or keeping us out of the loop. I'm very encouraged by the thought of these two lads possibly coming. Whether it happens or not is now clearly beyond the club's control.

It would be massive if it happened and would give everyone a lift that i'm not doubting but when carl was asked about the possibility of bringing in players of that region he virtually implied the only chance of that happening was if a few nations got further than expected, he definitely didn't expect that to happen so was probably happy to make that statement, now 2/3 wks on we hear nothing from him and the vague answers he gives does nothing to bridge the gap between supporters and the hierarchy (how can he make a push for selling season tickets but not give us the names of the players potentially coming in or the exact number of tickets sold), I always try to play devils advocate and see things from a negative side then when the club lets me down it doesn't hurt as much. Deep down I hate being cynical all the time and if the 2 lads from png do come I will be first to email carl and congratulate him.
