I went, unfortunately very few supporters did, there was another table behind us with a few, very disappointing , I don't know what the players made of it I felt embarrassed, especially as it was a good night with a decent meal.
I'm aware some people could've been working or on holiday, but surely not everybody , and not every supporter is that skint they couldn't afford it.
The players let their hair down and the actual presentation was amusing and done in a manner which was both professional and entertaining, well done to the organisers.

Unfortunately I think the turnout is probably a reflection of the lack of enthusiasm among supporters at the moment generally. I couldn't make it.

hi, peeps,,,is really a big SHOCK that very few fans turned out, I dont think so !. for how long now have people on here (the true fans) been banging on about the pathetic state of the whole of rugby league and the poor performances of the Dons this season, everything about this season has been crap yes we will finish 4th in the league but look at the clubs below us, not very impressive (no disrespect to those clubs) not many fixtures have had fans dashing to the ground on a Sunday eager to take a seat and watch a cracking game of rugby. The fixtures well its all been said, There must be someone on the "management" that reads these comments on here week after week griping on about the same things. Barring a miracle this season is over, next season will have the same poop format as this one the top 3 places are a dead cert, if we are lucky we will finish 4th 5th or even 6th next year, the club are telling us to buy a season ticket for next year, This fan wont buy one, as I have alredy stated Ive seen 9 games on my season ticket and paid for the friendlies , not what you call value for money. Unless the "management" wake up and admit there is a lot wrong with way the club/rugby league is being run then the future is bleak. I want my club to do well, but I cant see where it will get better. Sorry for moaning may see some of you in 2017, good luck to the team Sunday.
