Sammut is a top player and no doubt he would of been fairly local to us but the very fact we dont enquire about a match winner like him shows club doncaster are resigned to trips to hemel and south wales next season

shows their intentions exactly, if workington can fund him i'm sure club doncaster could, they have money coming in from 2 directions[no puns about the group ] but obviously none for the dons.
It also proves their intentions from the seasons start. NIL.
As said he is a match winner and now we have to face him which makes it even worse.

He can be a match winner, but he can also go missing for long periods, not saying I wouldn't like to see him in a Dons shirt, in different circumstances, but he's a luxury player. Not particularly a player to roll up his sleeves and fight. Again this is just how I see him.
