Bought a season ticket for the first time on the basis of Carl Hall telling me I'd be very happy if he signed the targets he had lined up for 2015 season.We got Paz Dunn, Mitch Clark and Tom Carr had already been signed. Despite the biggest playing budget ever we have signed at least 8 players(mostly players who couldn't make it at other clubs) and none of them are up to first team standard. Signed for the future apparently but that is most certainly League 1 next year the way things are going.
What on earth is going on,7 games 7 defeats.Different team out every week so no consistency.Players out of position,Dunn in second row when better at centre,Emmett at hooker, DR player at scrum half when he's a hooker,DR full back when Waterman always has a good game in that position but yesterday at centre.
OK players are being missing through injury such as Wilkinson,Nicklas and Carr but we just haven't strengthened with the quality we need and the DR players from Hull are no better than what we already have which must undermine confidence in the squad.
Finally on a different note,just when are we going to hear what the crowd is on a game day,I haven't heard an announcement or read in the paper yet what the crowd has been.I suspect it is all because of this two games in an afternoon Sheffield Eagles rubbish.
God help us against Leigh.

There's a bit more to managing a team than picking the same team every week . Size and condition of the pitch and what the opposition strengths are will make a big choice in what Paul Cooke thinks his is best team and player positions for each game . If it was that easy we would all be super league managers . We've lost 3 games give the lads a chance the season s not over after 3 games

Welcome to the forum!

I'd play Pas in the second row to be fair, when he is in the centre he doesn't know where he has to be on the pitch, at least in the pack he can vaguely stay around the middle and is less costly when he is out of the defensive line. I do however agree I would rather have played Waterman at fullback and Welham in the centres

Didn't do much good did it,went up for a win and lost 33-6. It's great being an optimist but come on 33-6, not even close. I don't think I said anything about picking the same team every week but it would be nice to have THE BEST TEAM out every week.
