Dons better side first half
Fev better side second half

Thought first 10 mins of second half decided it as we weren't as quick out of blocks and made a couple of odd decisions and more so some daft penalties... how do we give a penalty to the opposition when we are in possession with good field position....?Needs cutting out.

Tactics based on conditions and opposition seemed pretty much bang on, but I think without Hull lads we would have been lost.

MOM for me was prob the ginger haired lad at I think was at 35... looked very good.

Feka in 2nd Half didn't seem that bothered, and I think Pas also ran PC very close for MOM as just popped up everywhere.

only OTHER POINT SHOULD WE HAVE TAKEN THE 2 with 20 mins on clock....?

Still not a bad effort....must win next week for me..

I predicted Sheffield would beat them ... but they marmalised them, which sort of puts our efforts last week into perspective.

We will lose at Worky and then the following game against Leigh.
They are two more forecasts for you.
Granted the second one is not very earth shattering in its Nostradamus factor.
We will then be bottom of this league.
I do hope I am wrong.

On the.plus side today, I thought Paul Cooke played really well and was probably our most effective half back AND forward.

Two very defensive teams, can only remember 4 line breaks all match. Cookie went through twice (very good game from him), Waterman was put through a gap for the other and if he'd start to the pass the ball we'd have got another try, and Fev line broke once.

Either we're both excellent defenders, both not got enough in attack or (more likely) somewhere in between

Reckon Welham will go the way of Grant Edwards who rarely had a bad game and had a great offload but was left out on a regular basis often replaced by inferior players. Welham IMO was one player in the friendly games who showed great commitment and showed some good skills.

Spoke to Carl hall after the game asked what the crowd was he told me 1350 yet the paper this morning only say 950 . And if there was 850 for Eagles game I will wak to next game naked , Cunningham is apparently on loan , I enjoyed the game regardless of the result defences well on top fev Sussed out how to get field position in second half to gain the ascendancy

Interestingly the two RL papers have different attendances for the Sheffield game;

I like other season ticket holders got in quite legitimately but won't appear in any attendance figures for the Sheffield game.

So I am a zero, in fact 25/80 x O (since I only stopped for 25 mins).......which is also zero!
