Close game which could have gone either way IMO,mistakes on both sides led to trys.

However a much improved display with all of the 17 putting a good shift in , and it was good to hear "COME ON YOU DONS'' from the Dons choir. :D
Memories and heritage are very precious

Yes , a much better performance . Enjoyable afternoon ,better rugby & better atmosphere ! Think we deserved to win but only criticism was the marking at the play the ball was poor.

Need to back up now with 3 wins before we go to Canada .

Good effort from the lads today, played for the 80 mins and got there rewards.Thought Jordie had a good defensive game today.
Rugbyman has retired. Welcome to Another Penalty

How are the two Hull lads going?

Also has the French lad signed for you permanently or on loan?

A cracking game between two closely matched sides. Really enjoy it. The atmosphere was good too, probably helped by the chanting of the Whitehaven fans, as that spurred the Dons fans on.

Jessie Joe Parker went from hero to villain very quickly!

We nearly succumbed to the same dummy half running late on in the second half, like we did against Keighley.

I really think we need to be playing competitive games like this on a regular basis, not playing teams at the bottom who are out of their depth. Matches like this might start to get the fans to think about coming back.

Rawsthorne played well at centre , the French lad had a couple of good runs did nothing wrong .
