that plus a seven was what most fans said we needed but the tinker gave us a basket ball player as a second row and two nines as halfbacks

Castleford are poised to sign Tex Hoy on a short term contract

It will be interesting if they can get him motivated.

He will be playing for a new contract either in Super League or the NRL, so I suspect they will.

I'd heard hoy had been putting zero effort in all season in training and being disruptive. Certainly talented but injury prone and seemingly a bad attitude

Rumour of a swap deal between Cas involving Hall, King and Broadbent.

I'd be happy with any of those three, not sure how true it is, but if true, seems a weird deal for Rovers and a great one for Cas.

Unless some drastic happens with his form, surley no way Ockunbor is here next season, not good enough to get into the sides 17, with 10 players out shows how bad a signing he has been.
