Radford has not only given debuts to loads of young players and developed them him and his team have developed some established players like Bowden, Houghton, Hadle, Green, Shaul and watts. Regularly players like Abdul, Fash, Masi etc are getting gsmetime. So to say that Radford and his team are poor at developing players is total nonsense.
