I'd honestly rather have Allam than that sleazy car sales man! He nearly put City out of existence.

@bbcburnsy: I can't see a Duffen consortium succeeding. It would take a hugely rich and hugely credible backer to restore his damaged credibilty. #hcafc

He said he doesn't want to get involved in politics but wants to fund labour MP's to defect and set up a new party.
