i think adam pearsons intentions were good regards signing players i just think he didnt realise the complications that come with signing overseas rugby players its a lot easier to sign football players from all over which is what he is used to

He certainly got us FC fans hopes and expectations up and I think we all expected him to deliver. But with comments like we will sign two of the best halves in SL and young British future internationals etc. Alot of pressure was put on his shoulders to make them happen.
Maybe he shouldn't of made such big intentions. Nothing wrong in saying we want to sign the best we can etc but to say we WILL sign 2 of the best halves etc is just asking for trouble imo.
We may still sign another top halve but imo that is one of Chase, Brough, Dureau, Bosc, Dobson. Then the next lot would consist of Lomax, Gaskell, Myler, Burrow, Witt, Hanbury.

If nobody quality is available then I'd honestly prefer us to continue with Seymour (with McGoldrick as back-up) and hope that someone quality becomes available mid-season. We have 'panic bought' in the past and it usually doesn't work out. Seymour is a limited player with many faults, but at least he is a settled in the side and we can make tactical changes to limit his faults (such as getting Holdsworth to do the kicking)

I posted the same weeks ago. Adam made a very bold statement.
He must learn that statements like that need to be backed up.
His passion is well meant,but he maybe needs to learn to keep his powder dry.
Lets hope the Club have another top signing to announce.If not the very ambitious 10k target for passes will never be reached !!

Rather have Mcgoldrick there than Seymour.

Before AP took over this forum went into melt down at times about the complete lack of info and news coming out of the club
Now all that has changed people are telling them to shut up FFS

I cant believe folk are telling Adam Pearson how to run a business, or how to handle fans, its laughable really, this club has made some historic and monumental steps forward since AP took over that will only bode well for the future of the club we all love but in the meantime we have to be patient and wait for the correct time the club wish to do their recruitment announcing which may not fit the remit of those who want their xmas gifts today but unfortunately I am sure the contracts these dudes sign are a bit more complex then the ones any of us have ever dealt with so lets just be patient and wait shall we.
For all we know there could be a couple of players on show today that are coming to the KC, thye fact is no one knows, however anyone who thinks that next years recruitment is over needs to bang their head because clearly it has not ... AND if Lee Radford says HE does not know whats going on because the security around any new players contract talks is so secure then I am damned sure no one on here does either!!
This season hasnt finished yet and the usual doom and gloom merchants are already writing next year off FFS when apart from Manu we are stronger already than we were last season

Have the Club stated that there will be no more signings Plus the fact AP has made the Club stronger and it will keep going.The man as had lot to sort out since he took over, we should be grateful he bought the Club from the other lot.In life we all make statements and wish we never said it but" hindsight" is a wonderful thing.The man is trying to solve the problems that the Club have had for years let give him a chance before we start kicking off
