Put it this way, if you were that bothered about money you would have paid in advance and parked in the many places available for free, that would have brought your spend down to £93, I've just looked at the rhino's prices as an example and it would have cost you all £76 to go.
As you do not complain about Leeds prices you honestly think standing on an open terrace, with awful facilities is good value at £76.
We charge £17 more than that (for 5 of you that's only an average of £3.40 each) to have a seat, in a top class facility and with excellent views of the pitch.
Yes we charge more, but the grounds in super league are not equal and it just so happens that the highest price coincides with with the best ground (and one of the highest running costs), seems fair really.
If your annoyed at being over charged, take it up with Leeds, Wakey, Bradford and Cas first, they are the ones overcharging for the facilities they have.
If you read my post you would see that I did buy "in advance" I bought on thursday -which by most peoples definition is "in advance" but not hulls. Not knowing the area and given the recent "bricking" problems I neither know where nor would want to park my car on street near the ground. My mum at 74 can't be walking a long distance. Since writing my original post the giants have "stuck one" on hull- they rang me amd said that they thought it unfair fc don't count Thursday as buying in advance so gave me the extra money back and will tell the club that all tickets sold were done so before Thursday- as apparently other clubs have done this season too.
Using the stadium and using leeds as an example is a rubbish excuse- you charge more for away fans for similar seats, and the galpharm manage to not charge you £25/£19/£15 for similar facilities with fewer numbers!
While were on the subject of hudds support if the exiles is going to work then surely the rfl have to look at holding the games in better places then huddersfield, they hardly turnout for their own games let alone turn out for england.
I know its upto all supporters to turn out and support england but if that was at the kc tonight the crowd would of been alot better, i would of certainly gone.
I thought Hulls away following to Warrington a couple of weeks ago was terrible and their worst following for a number of years. i think were just going to have to accept that apart from local derby games , travelling fans for a lot of teams are getting lower year upon year. Leeds' away following inparticular is becoming very poor considering they are 'Champions' clubs definitely need to come up with some ideas to try and encourage travelling fans, whether that be lowering prices for just away fans (i personally wouldnt have a problem with that as i know the cost to get to matches) its really difficult to have any atmosphere in a game with 2 - 500 away fans. The RFL need to look at it
I must admit. I was at the game on Sunday and thought the Clark was going to introduce himself personally to the Huddersfield fans when he went round the ground pregame.

As you got your money back for the buying in advance that's one less thing for you to moan about. For what it's worth, it's on the clubs website when they regard buying in advance to end, if you didn't check that it's hardly their problem.
If you absolutely have to park in the stadium car park then you can't complain if you get charged, you would have been charged a similar amount at any other clubs official car park so I don't see how that can be complaint against Hull.
The away seats are the second cheapest area of the stadium, only the south stand is cheaper due to a season long discount (a reward for home fans, similar to your give away season pass prices), this has been done to death, either sit in the south stand or enjoy the away end which is still cheaper than the other two sides of the ground.
How is using Leeds as an example a rubbish excuse? They overcharge for the facilities they have making our prices/facilities seem good value by comparison.
Granted you offer cheaper tickets for away fans than we do, but you still made a hell of a lot more money from our fans this season than we did from yours.

I suggest you look at the website yourself. I've attached the page that refers to tickets that I DID look at -it doesn't refer on the match day ticket page to a date for advanced tickets- it just says in advance. Tickets bought by most away fans will be pay on the day and hence more expensive than anywhere else on the ground- concessions and juniors aren't cheaper - for a worse view too! Hudds fansadmit our support is poor- but it's going in the right direction unlike most-including yours. why can't hull fans admit their pricing system stinks. Perhaps we should charge just hull fans £7 extra when they come to the galpharm- I'm sure they'd all quite happily hand it over without a grumble. http://www.hullfc.com/page/996/match-day-tickets

I have a policy in life, if I think something is too expensive, I don't buy it.
