We get it. You are worried.

We were fit but didn't respect our opposition. We were playing a side that didn't even finish top of the Championship, hadn't really recruited, and had lost their playmaker. I'm guessing the players thought the same as us, that we'd cruise it. To make it worse, we scored two quick and easy tries. Everyone switches off, and never switched on again.
WAKEFIELD TRINITY - MORE ANCIENT. MORE LOYAL.

what we are lacking at the moment is a ruthless edge that rips teams apart, the start we had we should of been more ruthless and nasty we have to have an appetite to kill of teams within the first 30 mins, we've done it before
“The bond between the players is something I’ve never had with any other club. Everyone comes into one and we’re all one group. Whenever we get a new signing, everyone just embraces the culture. It’s what I love about this club and I just can’t wait for the journey ahead.”

Not time to panic just yet. Playing the promoted team is always a banana skin. The stats show we had the better of the game in all areas aside from handling errors and tries. They scored 3 I think diving over from close range?

The biggest area of concern for me was how porous our right edge looked.

Brough went ok and put on 3 decent assists through gaps you could fit a bus down.

Big test of character coming up vs Saints, but Chester will have rightly done his nut in the week - I think we will compete but end up falling short of a Saints team who played so well vs Wigan

Completely agree, don’t get me wrong it was a poor performance but some people just spout s***.
