They have had some terrible injury problems this season, I think at one point they were missing around 12 out of there strongest 17, just as they had some awful luck with injuries in 2016 and ended up in the bottom 4.
They have had bad injury problems, but they are now welcoming some of there better players back, I dont think there is any ulterior motive.
There is absolutely no doubt that Leeds were always so confident of making the play offs each season that, they rested and repaired their top players in order to have them in good nick at the business end of the season.
This worked for them on multiple occasions and they have been caught out twice, so, not such a bad gamble and with the ageing squad that they had, it wasn't a bad idea for a number of their players to play fewer games.
Wakefield getting 6 start on the handicap, which shows what the bookies think and although Leeds have been in dire form, if Trinity cant win this one, we will more than likely need something from out final game, at Huddersfield, to avoid the middle 8's
