The planning has already been submitted and passed.

To clarify other points, the deadline was moved back as Lateral had to revise the application to take out the supermarket element and include more retail floorspace. This has also subsequently been passed.

Groundworks and coal removal work to begin in June and be complete by end of next year. And funding is already committed to the project.

The Cas stadium saga is as long as our own. This is the third attempt to my knowledge and still not a brick laid. Good luck to them. We will continue to fight for ours.

Myself and many other neutrals would never doubt you on that and I have nothing but admiration for your dedication, commitment and what must have been a huge personal cost regarding your family life.

But when you say "ours" do you still mean Newmarket?

Cas. It's regarding the statement from their developers which was just a progress report and doesn't really say a great deal in confirming anything.
