How exactly does Grix get in the way of the half backs. He is usually 3rd receiver. The ball goes where they decide and it goes to Grix if they pass it his way.
The only time Grix has got in the way was Monday, when, if he'd have left the pass alone, it would have gone to MCB. If he's that bad, I would like to know how many final passes he has supplied for the score? Grix is doing what Hardaker, O'Brien and the majority of fullbacks are doing, unfortunately he's not as quick as Hardaker and O'Brien!

Miller and Williams are both very similar in their styles, they're both great standoffs but neither of them possess a true scrumhalfs ability to read what's going on (Finn does). I'm sure they're all being coached well, an I reckon Finn is playing a good part in developing both of them. Chester is doing a cracking job with them, but it's going to take time for them all to settle into a playing system. Hopefully they all sign on for longer contracts so we can give them the time to learn and develop.
