Like everyone else I've been trying to work out how we lost last night. Think what we are lacking the most is an on-field leader. Some-one to take the game by the scruff of the neck and guide us . No disrespect to Danny , but we need some0ne to "gee us up " when appropriate and be calming and calculating too. I know hindsight is a wonderful thing but we should have taken the two easy points on offer, especially when our first tilt at the line come to nothing. I never seem to see anyone taking the lead ..

I have to agree with this post we do seem to lack leaders in the team, I remember CC in a interview last year saying he thought we were a very quiet team lacked leaders and he would change that, well up to now I have not seen any sign of change in that department so I would say this is a big challenge for CC and JK TO put right.

Agree 100 % but who would you make captain? Ive always said kirmonds no leader.

Not sure mate it's a tough one isn't it, if Finn had still been getting in the team as a starter I would have said him but that boat has sailed for now, maybe England and kirmond as joint captain's.

We were talking about England on the way home last night, thought he had a quiet game and looked to have lost weight , but the quiet game might have been the effects of the injury he got in the Hull game. As for leader we need someone like broughy but not broughy !

This is the thing, I am guessing we are going to have to pick from what we have as unless we end up with a big injury list I don't see any more new players coming in, leaders are usually in demand from other teams also and don't usually come cheap.

We just need a top old head! Been there done it got the tee shirt to give the team a bollocking when needed like every missed tackle. I know i'l get crap for this but remember when we had bobby Goulding just look how he gee'd up the team , we need that type of captain.

Ok then, who do you think we could sign at the moment who would not want big wages or a transfer fee, I'm not sure there is anyone available, I would like to see us get Delaney from Leeds for the rest of the season I think he would fit the bill.

Ooh thats a funny one , we've had alot of Leeds cast offs who have come for one last payday! Delaney would not be the answer, what about someone for next season Paul Gallen from Cronulla?

lol sorry I was trying to be serious about someone we could actually sign,. I had an idea Delaney would get that kind of response but he is a 100% player and would lead through his actions.
