Ones a motoring offense, the other is a criminal offense.Do you just think your club can sweep the latter under the carpet?
Banning players internally for off-field issues, doesn't equate to criminal charges,as a club you support them all.Right or wrong.
This scenario, like it or not,is out of the Clubs control.
Where have the Club swept it under the carpet exactly? and secondly where has anyone said that what Moore did is in the Clubs control. Carter can't exactly tell the courts to sod off and drop any charges can he. All he can do his what he has said and do a Club investigation. Who knows what Moore's version of events is. Just because the Police charge you with something doesn't make it fact does it. Otherwise each charge would lead to a prosecution.
Ateotd all that's happened so far is that he's answered his bail and he's been re-bailed to come back in March. He hasn't been found guilty of anything, in fact the only report of the incident is from the paper and what he could get charged with at Court. Up till his bail been put back, we all thought he was going for the season but with him not going back till March and for him then to potentially go through the Court process (Mag to Crown), it looks like he might be here for quite some time, which could be near the end of the season.
I'm honestly not sure what points your here to make and tbh you just seem to be on a bit of a wum. Do you think we should just try to sack him and go with the guilty until proven innocent scenario? Ban him and pay his wages till he's found guilty/not guilty? Or while we're paying the player, we should be able to play him, until the Court decides otherwise?
Just wondering, were you all over the Hul KR board when Adam Walker got charged with two offences of attempting to engage in sexual activity with a child. While Hull KR continued to play and support him through it and then the charges end up being dismissed. Or is it just the Moore case you're interest in?
