Grab a bargain while you can.

Just booked 2 Ryanair return flights for £50.98 each.

Liverpool out at 18:55 Wed 29th March.
Girona out at10:40 Sun 2nd April.

Hope to see a few onboard with us at that price.

Where are you staying, or don't you know yet.

We stayed in a dingy hotel in Lloret when we went earlier this year to cheer her team on. Would definately use Lloret as a base again happily, but not that hotel

EW, we may stay in Roses, Wednesday and Thursday. Its still in Spain and cheaper than France. Good beach but fairly quiet.

Argeles in France is a classy resort not far from Perpignan so may end up there Friday and Saturday.

Keep in touch if you decide to join us on the flight.

Yes, we will certainly consider it.

The only problem we have is the dates. We have 2 kids and don't think it is a school holiday. Those prices are definately good though.

When we did it for the Hull KR trip, it fell the weekend after Magic Weekend, so booked the whole week off, and classed it as a mini holiday. We used Catalan Sports tours who picked us up in Lloret, and then dropped us off later on the night.

The resort was ok, but the hotel was a bit run down and dated. I think it was one used a lot for stag and hen do's. Not really family friendly.

Also was noisy with traffic. We were close to a main road and roundabout. One night we were there, it was following champions league final, and the horns, flares and fireworks were going off on the roundabout. This is the way the Spanish tend to celebrate football.

All good natured, but doesn't help young kids to sleep and scares them a bit, and then there is the moodiness the following day when they are tired

If you want something a bit less "rowdy" why not stay in Perpignan or Carcassone (getting to and from the game will be a bit trickier from here),
Weve stayed in Perpignan a couple of times and in Carcassone.
School holidays will still be a problem or, you could leave the wife & kids at home

Couldnt leave Mrs EW at home, even though she is a Hull KR fan. The kids though

Lloret itself, I don't think was that bad, it was just the hotel.

Mrs EW took me away for my birthday to Majorca, and the hotel we stayed in was very nice, and part of a chain. There is one in Lloret.

We liked the town of Perpignan, and would consider staying there

Got our season tickets, booked the flights and now booked 4 nights in a quality hotel, the President in Figueras. Only 75 euros a night for a twin room.

From there France is just a short drive over the border, Roses and other coastal resorts are not far away and the night life is on our door stop. On Sunday 2nd April, its just a short drive to Girona airport.

Hard work done...... two happy fans.........just relaxing now.

Never been to Catalans game away with Catalan tours so don't understand the procedure with there booking form ie Flight Ref & hotel details.
Do i book my own flights & Hotel and then they take us to the game from our hotel and back Afterwoods, Any help would be appreciated on the procedure.
