Bit OTT pal (just for a change !!), however, I thought he went well last night and certainly put the effort in .

I tried to get him to come over and shake my hand as the players walked in front of the North stand at the end of the game, but he declined, and I'm sure he had a tear in his eye

Any tear in his eye would have been because he had been laughing so hard not believing that he and his agent had actually got away with playing around 40 games in three years working out at about £ 7,500 per match.

Having worked in rugby clubs, and in particular finance departments, personally, I would think that maybe a little on the high side.

I would have said £70-80k
